With newsletters these days you have to be very careful that you’re not picked up by the spam filters based on recipient addresses, subject line or body content, hard and soft bounces, non-deliverables, etc. We’ll address these issues.

It is very important to know what’s happening with your newsletter once you hit the send button .. how many are delivered, how many are opened, how many take a specific action, how many “send a copy to a friend”, etc. Only by reviewing what’s working and what is not can you improve.
